Karen Cooper has returned from California and is now teaching women's
yoga at Hemma Yoga Studio in Fairfield. Karen
teaches the Ananda style, which
is designed to integrate and harmonize all levels of your being: physical,
mental and spiritual. Ananda Yoga arose from the teachings of Paramhansa
Yogananda author of Autobiography of a Yogi, bringing Hatha Yoga
back to its classical roots.
